A born storyteller, Grace has a BA in literature and got her start in websites and software doing content strategy and editing. She quickly made the leap into information architecture and user research just as Web 1.0 was in its death throes and web design was transitioning into a user-centered practice. As a UX Strategist, Grace is driven by natural empathy and curiosity—plus more than 15 years in UX—that help her to uncover the root of complex problems and generate solutions that best serve clients and audiences. In her free time, Grace pursues art, motorcycles, and spending time with her wonderful cat and dog.
