Four Kitchens

Be a Web Chef

Do work worth doing with people you like. Humbly confident, endlessly curious, and genuinely kind, we love working together to build and launch big ideas.

People first

At Four Kitchens, “people first” means living our Core Values in everything we do, from our internal policies to our client services processes. We practice empathy with each other and our clients, exemplify extreme ownership as individuals, and share radically candid feedback so that we learn, grow, and become better, together.

Four Kitchens does remote right. It’s not a crutch; it’s a way to provide balance and flexibility on the path to producing great results.

Benefits

Why you'll love working at Four Kitchens

Lots of time off

We plan for Web Chefs to take at least 40 days of paid time off per year, including holidays and a weeklong winter break. We highly recommend everyone remove Slack and email from their devices so they can unplug, relax, and recharge.

Work to live, not live to work

We rarely put in more than 40 hours per week. There may be times during a launch or event that people work extra hours, but we encourage them to take more time off later so it balances out.

Free to roam

We’ve been a fully distributed team since 2015. We believe that creating cool stuff for the web doesn’t require us to be in the same building, so as long as you have a reliable internet connection and you’re not dialing into meetings in the middle of the night, you’re free to live or travel wherever you like.
