Since joining Four Kitchens in 2017, Caroline has juggled many responsibilities, including invoicing, expense control, AR/AP, executive support, hiring and onboarding, event planning, and general administration. Getting to the bottom of financial issues is her bread and butter as she regularly works with Four Kitchens’ external accounting team. She’s also responsible for helping to plan and coordinate the company’s annual team-building retreat.

As someone who is highly solutions-oriented, Caroline constantly seeks ways to improve or add to the tools Four Kitchens uses in order to provide the best overall experience for the team. She loves working with a group of clever, considerate, and competent people who genuinely enjoy working with each other.

Caroline is always learning. She earned a BFA in Fiction Writing with a minor in history from the University or Missouri, and has continued her education through various management books and professional courses. Outside of her professional development, she loves spending time with her family—even if it’s just for their daily walk around the neighborhood. She also enjoys baking, cooking, working out, and writing whenever she finds the time.
