Suzy Bates

Suzy was the Vice President of Professional Services, helping the entire team responsible for delivery to engage effectively and reviewing and improving the Four Kitchens process. Suzy has a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and many years of website development under her belt—including being a client, a project manager, developer, product owner, implementer, and even just a user of these systems. Her experiences and insights allow her to advocate for the team, the client, and the project managers. Agile workflow is a particular passion for Suzy: she took Agile Scrum Master training in 2007 and it immediately resonated. Since then, she has advocated for agile practices and recently attended Certified Scrum Product Owner training.
