John De Mott
Tickets hate me.
In his 10 year career working with a diverse set of clients, he noticed one thing they all have in common: clients like closed tickets. Some of John’s proudest moments are finding creative solutions to solve in hours what might have taken days. But John knows we also need to make the right technical decisions for our clients, so that tickets are always closed quickly in the future. That means building a system which is decoupled and flexible in the right places, one that hides information, so that components are interchangeable. The most important part of any piece of software is how it interacts with its users. We are making our first impression.
