- With NYU Steinhardt, our team worked together to solve the problem of guiding the prospective student through discovery, research, and application submission. In the process, we transitioned dozens of microsites into a single website navigation, simplifying the user interface. The results were encouraging: The school saw a 25% increase in prospective student inquiry form submissions and a 15% increase in started applications after the changes were made.
- South Dakota State University’s diverse audiences have unique language and information needs, and tend to find the answers to their questions in different ways. This makes achieving their various goals rather tricky. We created audience personas based on user information and established goals. These goals directly informed redesign decisions. The knowledge gained helped SDSU create more relevant and accurate content that is more discoverable and lasts longer.
